Your privacy is of the highest concern to FineUI. This privacy policy details the types of personally-identifiable information we receive and collect when you use FineUI's services available through the FineUI web site located at www.koolphp.net and our sub service domains.

FineUI's services are designed to be anonymous to others and safe for all users. We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your anonymity is protected.

FineUI collects personal information for the purposes of:

  1. Ensuring the technical functioning of our systems.
  2. Improving our services through the analysis of aggregate usage trends.
  3. Improving the question pools quality.
  4. Providing our service to users via personal accounts.
  5. Creation of new services based on usage trends.

Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal information. We restrict access to personal information to FineUI employees, contractors and agents who absolutely need to know this particular information. We store all personal information on servers in Vietnam. These commercial servers are secure and regularly audited to ensure continued security.

Information we collect and uses thereof

Our services may require the collection of certain personal information for the purposes of account creation. In order to provide our full range of services, we may collect the following types of information:

User Provided Information

When you sign up for a FineUI account, we ask you for personal information such as a valid e-mail address and an account password.

User Provided Information

FineUI member e-mail addresses are used to contact members regarding service updates and various marketing notices. You may opt out of these emails by emailing support@koolphp.net.

Cookies

In order to use FineUI, we may place a "Cookie" on your hard drive. Cookies are data files which allow our services to recognize you as a user.

Analytics

We currently use Google Analytics, which provides us with anonymous data on how users are interacting with our site. We use this data to improve our website.

Information on our Servers

When you use the FineUI website, our servers record this information. Our servers may contain information such as user errors, Internet Protocol address, browser type, and the date and time of your activity. Our services do not track personally identifiable information (other than first name and email address).

When you buy our services such as Premium Account, Essay Scoring or Tutorial, we DO NOT store your ANY information associated with payment process such as name, address, credit card number and so on.

Information sharing

Under the following limited circumstances, FineUI will share information with others.

We have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of information is reasonably necessary to:

  1. satisfy any applicable law, legal process or enforceable governmental request,
  2. detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues,
  3. protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of FineUI, its users or the public as required or permitted by law,
  4. allow service providers and/or vendors to fulfill services for you on behalf of FineUI or
  5. pursuant to an acquisition, merger, sale of assets or other business transfer.

Children's Privacy Concerns

You must be at least 13 years old to use the FineUI services. We do not knowingly collect or use personal information about visitors under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, you may use the FineUI services only in conjunction with your parents or guardians.
